About the estate

The Vinařství Plchut estate is located in the municipality of Mutěnice in the Slovácká region, building on a family tradition that dates back to 1896. The winery focuses on producing bottled wines from both its own production and purchased grapes. Red wines are crafted using traditional open vats as well as modern vinifiers, followed by aging in oak barrels, while white wines are produced through controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. The production facilities are situated on the edge of the wine cellar district in Mutěnice.

The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Rulandské Šedé. The estate sells to retail.
