The Vinařství Paulus Pavlov winery is located in Pavlov in the Morava region, combining tradition with modern methods. The vineyards extend on a mineral-rich soil consisting of limestone, clay, and loess. For centuries, the local nature and climate of the Pálava have shaped the character of the wines. The historic cellar, dating back over four hundred years, forms the center of the family-run estate. In addition to winemaking, the property also offers guesthouses and guided tastings.
