The Vinařství Osička spol. s r.o. estate in Velké Bílovice looks back on a family winemaking tradition that began in 1790. The current medium-sized family winery was founded in 1999 and cultivates 40 hectares of vineyards in the Morava region. Special features of the estate include a fully functional wooden basket press from 1797 and one of the largest original arched archive cellars in the Czech Republic. The winery focuses on producing high-quality predicate wines. Production technology is continuously modernized, and future plans include participating in integrated grape production and organic product programs.
