The Vinařství Nad Sklepy – Vít Dočkal winery continues a family winemaking tradition dating back to the mid-20th century in the municipality of Bulhary within the Mikulovská subregion. A total of 16 grape varieties are cultivated on three hectares of vineyards in the Nad Sklepy site. Following a fundamental modernization of the cellar facilities and the implementation of new technologies for grape processing and fermentation, the estate produces approximately 25,000 bottles annually. The business also includes the Modrá vinotéka with a presentation cellar, located in the historic Dietrichsteinský dvůr.
