The Vinařství Mezi Horami, s.r.o. estate manages nine hectares of vineyards spread across four sites in Velké Pavlovice within the Morava wine region. The portfolio includes traditional grape varieties such as Frankovka, Modrý Portugal, Svatovavřinecké, Tramín červený, and Veltlínské zelené, alongside international and newer varieties. Vineyard management relies on integrated production, biological plant protection, and predominantly manual labor. In the cellar, the winery produces various lines, including stainless steel-aged wines in the Classic range, oak-matured Premium wines, and artisanal styles such as orange wines and Pét-Nats. The history of the family-run estate is deeply rooted in the Modré hory region.
