The Vinarija Bajilo winery is located in Sremski Karlovci within the Srem region. The winemaking process begins with the grape harvest from late August through September, followed by destemming, pressing, and natural fermentation. Maturation takes place in 0,75-liter bottles that rest in special rooms under controlled conditions. The portfolio includes eight wines, and visitors can schedule tastings by appointment.
