About the estate
The Vignoble Gibault estate is located in the Loire Valley and cultivates 34 hectares of vineyards across three protected designations. The vines grow on former terraces of the Cher river featuring two specific soil types. Since March 2020, the winery has been managed by Anne-Sophie and Benoit Lagarde, who farm sustainably in accordance with the Terra Vitis specifications. The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity and vinified using modern temperature-control techniques. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Touraine and Valençay denominations as well as Méthode Traditionnelle.
