About the estate
The Vigne Savie estate was founded in 1980 by Remigio in Santo Stefano and is currently managed across generations by Maria Teresa, Valentina, Laura and Viviana. The company-owned vineyards are situated in the steep hillside locations of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, as well as in the Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG area. Working in these challenging steep slopes results in distinctive sparkling wines from grapes harvested exclusively by hand. The portfolio comprises four different spumante versions, including Valdobbiadene DOCG and Prosecco DOC bottlings. The winery combines a dynamic market approach with traditional expertise passed down through generations of winegrowers.
