About the estate
The Hungarian winery Tüske pince cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards across various sites such as Iván-völgy and Baranya-völgy within the Szekszárd wine region. The estate was founded by a horticultural technician who transitioned into winemaking after years of large-scale practice and focuses on sustainable vineyard management without insecticides. Red grape varieties form the backbone of the estate, led by Kékfrankos alongside Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Kadarka. Grapes are processed at a homestead in Iván-völgy, while the wines are aged in a historic, century-old cellar carved into loess. The portfolio includes red wines, a traditional local Siller style, and rosé.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Kékfrankos and Gamza.

A kadarka a klímaváltozás egyik nagy nyertese. Eddig a legnagyobb aszályos nyarakon is könnyed, gyümölcsös bort adott.
