About the estate
The Nèmeth János Pincészet estate originates from the Iván-völgy and looks back on a tradition spanning at least four generations in Szekszárd. Cultivating over 10 hectares of vineyards, the winery produces approximately 50,000 bottles of wine per year depending on the vintage. The portfolio features grape varieties such as Kadarka, Kékfrankos, white grapes, and various full-bodied international varieties. Winemaking focuses on highlighting the advantages and potential of the terroir. Production follows the principle of spontaneous fermentation from individual vineyard sites.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling. The estate sells to retail.
