The Trippelgut estate is led by winemaker and managing director Nikolaus Trippel in Feldkirchen in Carinthia. The vineyards cover 14 hectares at an extreme altitude of 560 to 710 meters, featuring alpine climatic conditions and soils consisting mainly of blue slate, sand, and gravel. The focus lies on the Burgundy varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir, which are shaped by French influence in their stylistic expression. The portfolio is divided into the Alpenwein, Privat, and AndaS natural wine lines. All vineyard work is carried out entirely by hand.
