Across a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares, the estate cultivates the grape varieties Pallagrello bianco, Pallagrello nero, and Casavecchia. Operations follow sustainable practices, which include the manual harvesting of grapes and the use of renewable energy sources. The processing of the grapes takes place in the estate's own winery facility located directly on site. The company aims to preserve the regional characteristics of the area through traditional winemaking.
