The Tenuta di Valgiano di Petrini & C sas soc agr estate is located in the heart of the hills of Lucca in Tuscany. The heart of the property is a fifteenth-century villa surrounded by a historical architectural and landscape system designed over five centuries ago. Since 1994, the estate has belonged to the Petrini Avogadro di Collobiano family. The agricultural and winemaking activities have been conducted according to biodynamic farming principles since 2002. This approach considers the farm as a closed organism where land, humans, animals, and plants contribute to the preservation and enhancement of the landscape.

Palistorti: cosi fu chiamata la vigna dai contadini del villaggio poiché non fu possibile la piantumazione dritta dei pali per via delle rocce di calcare in superficie. E’ un vino che riflette il carattere autentico di Valgiano in una versione più immediata.
