About the estate
The Stroppolatini estate originates from the first half of the 1800 on an ancient watch hill in Gagliano di Cividale del Friuli in Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. In 1868, Luigi Spezzotti acquired the property and expanded the buildings. In recent decades, the estate has been restored by the great-nephew Giuliano Stroppolatini, who enhanced wine production with a focus on quality. The vineyards are situated in the hills of the Colli Orientali within the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC denomination. Alongside viticulture, the family business features accommodation and local products.
