About the estate

The Strommer estate in Purbach am Lake Neusiedl originated from a career change initiated by Robert Strommer in the early nineties in his parents' part-time business. Following the opening of the wine tavern in 1998 and the complete transition to winemaking, the operation was continuously developed and expanded. Meanwhile, Thomas Strommer and his partner have taken over the family business in Purbach am Lake Neusiedl. The working methods have been converted from mechanical to manual and gentler grape processing, supported by the restoration of the barrique cellar. The range of quality wines is distributed today through their own online shop as well as via selected sales partners.

The estate sells to distributors. Export markets include Germany, Switzerland, Hungary and Slovakia.
