About the estate

The family estate Bodegas Santos Sodupe is located in San Asensio in the heart of Rioja Alta and builds on a wine heritage passed down through generations. The family manages around 40 hectares of vineyards with old vines, some more than 60 years of age, cultivating six different grape varieties including Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Viura, and Malvasía. From these grapes, they produce a selection of wines under the Rioja DOCa denomination while utilizing only a fraction of their total harvest. In addition to winemaking, the estate runs its own restaurant and offers customized wine tourism experiences on-site.
