The Skizo Borászat winery, also known as Sike Balázs Pincéje, is managed by Balázs Sike. Following a ten-year development period, the operation meets the high quality demands of customers in both reductive and classic wine categories. Winemaking has been made more sustainable through the installation of a solar panel system, resulting in a nearly zero electrical energy balance. The product range reflects the winemaker's work as well as the character of the mountain and the vine.
