About the estate
The Skizo Borászat winery, also known as Sike Balázs Pincéje, is managed by Balázs Sike. Following a ten-year development period, the operation meets the high quality demands of customers in both reductive and classic wine categories. Winemaking has been made more sustainable through the installation of a solar panel system, resulting in a nearly zero electrical energy balance. The product range reflects the winemaker's work as well as the character of the mountain and the vine.
The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Ottonel Muskotály. The estate sells to horeca.

Poharamban a fajta robbanó vadságát akár rebellis Ifjúnak is tekinthetném

Badacsonyban a fehér műfajban alkotunk. A kék fajtákból: inspirálódunk. Vörösboros "segítséggel" kicsit máshogy készítjük a nagy fehéreinket.
