About the estate
The Señorío de Valbornedo, S. Coop. winery was founded in 2000 in Navarrete within the Rioja region by a group of determined vine growers. Today, the cooperative unites around 120 members who cultivate approximately 305 hectares of vineyards in Navarrete and neighboring municipalities. The vineyards are located on gentle terraces with clay and marl soils at altitudes between 478 and 804 meters above sea level. The portfolio includes reserva and crianza wines as well as young red, rosé, and white wines produced under the Rioja DOCa denomination.
