About the estate

The Selección de Torres, S.L. (BODEGA MAGARÍN) estate is deeply rooted in the winemaking tradition of Penedès and established its historic winery in Vilafranca del Penedès in 1870. Today, the fifth generation manages the operations with a strong emphasis on crafting wines from singular vineyards and historic estates, reviving ancestral grape varieties, and practicing regenerative viticulture. The family owns vineyards and wineries across key Spanish wine regions including Penedès, Conca de Barberà, Priorat, Costers del Segre, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, and Rías Baixas. A fundamental pillar for the estate has been its ongoing commitment to fighting climate change and reducing CO2 emissions. Furthermore, the winery is a member of associations such as Primum Familiae Vini and a co-founder of organizations dedicated to climate action in the wine sector.
