The Schröder-Weisenborn estate is run in the third generation, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern methods in both the wooden barrel cellar and the stainless steel tank. The portfolio includes young, lively as well as complex, full-bodied white, rosé, and red wines shaped by their origin, vintage, and the estate's signature style. A particular focus lies on the renowned Kallstadter Saumagen vineyard in the Palatinate region, which is characterized by limestone and optimal sunlight. These parcels yield wines with depth, minerality, and exceptional aging potential. Additionally, the winery features a modern vinotheque for wine tastings.
