About the estate

The Schönberger winery farms ten hectares of vineyards in Mörbisch and Rust near Lake Neusiedl. The first hectare of vineyard land in Burgenland was purchased in 1991. These sun-drenched locations are characterized by the Pannonian climate. In addition, the hillside vineyards of the Leitha Mountains provide the grapes for full-bodied wines.
