The Schloßgartenhof - Weingut Dörrschuck estate is located in Saulheim within the Rheinhessen wine region and is family-run. The portfolio is divided into three categories: entry-level estate wines, village wines, and single-vineyard wines originating from the south-facing Saulheim top sites Haubenberg and Hölle. The limestone soils of these vineyards shape multifaceted Burgundy wines with a distinct minerality. The grape variety assortment includes Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and various blends.
