The Sas St Andre de Figuiere estate was founded in 1992 by Alain Combard in Provence after years of winemaking experience in Chablis. The property encompasses 18 hectares of vineyards that have been organically farmed since 1979. The vines are planted across various locations featuring distinct geological conditions and microclimates. Today, the estate is run as a family business by siblings François, Magali, and Delphine. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention in the cellar to express the character of the various terroirs within the AOC Côtes de Provence.
