Saros Agricola

About the estate

The Saros Agricola estate is located in the village of Santa Massenza within the municipality of Vezzano in Trentino. The surrounding hills create a sheltered basin with a distinct microclimate that allows for the cultivation of Mediterranean plants. At the Saros locality, the estate cultivates the Sauvignon Blanc vineyard used to produce a botrytised sweet wine. In addition to wine, the production includes extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, grappa, and liqueurs, which are crafted in partnership with the long-established Giulio & Mauro family winery and distillery.
