About the estate
The Saint Pancrace estate is located at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire in Puyloubier and spans twenty hectares of vineyards within the AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire denominations. The property is farmed organically and features an eleventh-century chapel surrounded by history. Noémie took over the estate in 2016 and released the first vintage in 2019. The vineyards grow on a diverse mosaic of limestone scree, red clays, and blue sandstones. The viticultural approach is artisanal and parcel-specific, incorporating natural cover crops and animal grazing to preserve soil balance.
