The Rossmann winery is a family business located in Bierbaum am Auersbach within the wine-growing municipality of St. Peter am Ottersbach in the Styrian Volcano Region. The estate cultivates ten hectares of vineyards at an altitude of around 400 meters in sites such as Koglsteffl, Rosenberg, and Oberberg. The vines thrive on warm soils composed of volcanic tuff, basalt, sand, clay, and weathered shales and gneisses. The wines are typically Styrian in style, fresh and fruity, mostly vinified dry, and fall under the Vulkanland Steiermark DAC denomination.
