The Rodinné vinařství Zdenek Polach estate is located in Velké Bílovice, the largest wine-producing municipality in the Czech Republic within the Morava region. Established by Zdenek Polach, who builds upon the craftsmanship of his father and grandfather, the winery has been producing on a larger scale since 2005. Operating as a smaller winery, the estate places great emphasis on manual labor in the vineyard and uses exclusively estate-grown grapes. Among the varieties cultivated, Frankovka holds a prominent position as the flagship wine of the winery. In addition to wine production, the estate also offers tastings and accommodation.
