About the estate

The Riva dei Frati estate originates in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore region in Valdobbiadene, where Dominican friars were already producing wine in the thirteenth century. In 1988, the winery was founded by Cesare Adami and Marisa Merotto, who named it after the historic family lands. Today, the property is managed by the Adami Merotto family in the sixth generation, combining tradition and craftsmanship. The steep vineyards on the hillside areas between Col San Martino and Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene shape the character of the wines.
