The Podgoria Silvania estate is situated in the region of the Dealurile Silvaniei hills, counting among the northernmost wine-growing areas of Romania with an ancient tradition of viticulture. The Silvania sparkling wine is crafted in natural underground cellar galleries measuring 3.5 kilometres in length, located 60 meters beneath the rock of Măgura Șimleului at a constant temperature of 12 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Over time, the sparkling wine has received numerous national and international awards for its quality.
