The historical estate Podere Pellicciano, documented since 1830, was revived in 2003 by the Caputo family. Located in San Miniato, the winery is currently run by Concetta, Fabio, and the winemaker Federico. Farming is conducted organically, focusing on indigenous Tuscan grape varieties, local varieties such as Malvasia Nera, and single-varietal wines. The estate produces a wide and eclectic range of wines.
