About the estate
The Podere Correani Somigli estate is situated in the hills above Greve in Chianti in Tuscany. From a small vineyard, the family-run business produces a limited quantity of red wine under the Chianti Classico DOCG denomination. The estate avoids the use of herbicides in the vineyards, relying instead on mechanical cultivation and manual labor to work the land. Winemaking combines traditional care for the local landscape with a family connection to the regional wine culture.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Cabernet.
