The family estate Platz Francois et Fils Earl is located in Bergheim in the Alsace region and is managed in the third generation. The family has been cultivating vineyards since the beginning of the twentieth century and produces wines under designations including AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru. In the vineyard and cellar, the estate consistently follows organic production methods without the use of chemical fertilizers, chaptalization, or commercial yeasts, complemented by manual harvesting and sorting. Vincent and Jean-Luc Platz continue the operation, combining family tradition with a nature-oriented approach. The portfolio features various grape varieties such as Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Auxerrois, alongside Crémant d'Alsace.
