About the estate

The Pasching-Klinglhuber estate looks back on over 400 years of family winemaking tradition and has been managed by Doris and Stefan Pasching-Klinglhuber since 2015. The vineyards are cultivated close to nature, complemented by quality-oriented pruning, careful foliage management, and selective hand-harvesting at the optimal time of ripeness. In the cellar, the winery strives to perfect the optimal quality of the grapes in its wines. Additionally, the family operates an in-house distillery where sun-ripened fruits from their own orchard are processed into spirits and liqueurs.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Grüner Veltliner.
