The Paone Mimmo Produttori Vinicoli estate was founded in 1974 by Mimmo Paone, who was the first winemaker in the province of Messina and passed on his knowledge and passion to subsequent generations. Respecting the winemaking tradition of the province of Messina, the winery produces wines tied to the Faro, Mamertino di Milazzo, and Malvasia delle Lipari Passito designations. The portfolio also includes two natural wines obtained without added sulfites, fining, or filtration for authentic expressions.
