About the estate
The Oppidum des Cauvins estate is situated in the heart of the Trévaresse massif in Rognes, drawing upon a family history spanning five generations in Provence. The vineyards cover an area of approximately one hundred hectares across the communes of Rognes and La Roque d'Anthéron. Production falls under the AOC Coteaux d'Aix en Provence and Méditerranée IGP designations. Wines are crafted in a modern cellar equipped with temperature-controlled tanks and a tangential filtration system. Since 2020, the winery has held the highest level of certification for environmental value.
