About the estate
The OPG Budinščak Zvonimir estate looks back on over two centuries of family tradition in viticulture and manages two hectares of vineyards in Jastrebarsko. On south and southwest-facing sites, grape varieties such as Green Sylvaner, Muskat Ottonel, Welschriesling, Kraljevina, and Šipelj are cultivated. Vinification and aging take place in a traditional family estate featuring an above-ground cellar and a historic underground bottle cellar. Since the nineteen-nineties, the winery has produced bottled wines with controlled origin. Today, the estate is operated by descendants who continue the traditional craft.
