The Herbert und Roswitha Nowak winery cultivates vineyards in the Vulkanland Styria region in Styria. The estate focuses on vineyard management and the careful vinification of wines with a commitment to the environment and local culture. The wines are available under the Steiermark DAC denomination. Johannes Nowak learned the craft from his father Herbert and continues the family tradition. In addition to producing wine, the estate also runs a traditional Buschenschank serving regional food.
