About the estate

The Microceller Son Crespí winery is located in Santa Maria del Camí on Mallorca and is run by Pere Crespí and Neus Beltran. The historic family estate in the El Raiguer region has belonged to the Crespí family since 1528 and has always been closely tied to the island's winemaking tradition. In the year 2000, Pere Crespí Calafat revived the cultivation of traditional grape varieties and chose organic farming as the foundation of the project. All production processes, from vineyard management on call vermell soils to labelling, are carried out manually. The micro-production relies on renewable energies, dry farming, and local grape varieties.
