About the estate
The Málik Pince winery cultivates two hectares of vineyards on the southern slope of the Badacsony hill at an altitude of two hundred meters directly beneath the rocks. Viticulture, grape variety selection, and winemaking are carried out in a traditional manner, focusing on traditional and old grape varieties such as Bakator, Zeusz, Kéknyelű, Budai zöld, Olaszrizling, and Szürkebarát. All wines undergo fermentation and aging in wooden barrels followed by an appropriate period of bottle aging before release. The production centers on dry white wines aimed at restoring the reputation of the wine region.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Bakator and Budai Zöld.
