The logo Can Blau winery is located in the region of the Montsant Denomination of Origin in Spain and produces red wines through the combination of different grape varieties. The tannin-rich Cariñena grape is harvested from the clay soils in the valleys, while the Syrah grows on steep limestone slopes. Additionally, the Garnacha thrives on old and dark slate soils. Through the careful selection of vineyards based on soil and microclimate, the estate produces wines of great aromatic intensity with notes of ripe fruit.
