Limeburn Hill Vineyard

About the estate

The British Limeburn Hill Vineyard in Somerset was founded in 2015 and is farmed according to biodynamic principles. The vineyards are planted with a variety of traditional and disease-resistant grape varieties including Pinot Noir, Regent, Rondo, Seyval Blanc, Orion, Solaris, Johanniter and Sauvignac. The estate hand-harvests the grapes to produce small batches of natural, unfiltered and unfined wines fermented with wild yeasts. In addition to sparkling wines made using the ancestral method in a Pet-Nat style, the portfolio also includes spirits and a natural dessert wine. All vineyard and cellar work is conducted without synthetic chemicals using exclusively hand-picked grapes.
