About the estate

The family-run estate Leidl-Putz located in Purbach am Neusiedler See has existed since 1950 and is operated with a strong sense of family cohesion. The vineyards are situated on the southeastern slopes of the Leitha Mountains, where limestone and slate soils provide a unique terroir for complex white and red wines. Every vine is cultivated with great dedication, combining traditional knowledge with modern approaches. In addition to careful manual labor in the vineyard and cellar, the winery also offers wine tastings and guided tours.

The eno directory lists 20 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch. The estate sells to horeca. Export markets include Switzerland, Germany and Netherlands.
