The Le Sot de l'Ange estate was founded in 2013 by Angélique and Quentin Bourse in Azay-le-Rideau. The winery operates according to certified organic guidelines and relies on a natural approach to soils, vines, and wines. Preserving biodiversity and teamwork are at the heart of the production system. On historically rich soils, plot-by-plot selection yields precise white wines, distinctive rosés, reds, and natural sparkling wines. The portfolio is regularly complemented by original cuvée concepts born from collaborations and encounters.
