About the estate

The Lauffener Weingärtner eG is a cooperative founded in 1935, which merged with the WG Mundelsheim eG in 2012. Around 1,100 members cultivate a vineyard area of approximately 890 hectares, of which 120 hectares are terraced steep slopes. The cultivation area benefits from the warm, heat-storing shell limestone and keuper soils along the Neckar loop. The produced range of grape varieties includes Riesling, Schwarzriesling, Lemberger, Pinot Noir, and Trollinger, among others. The management encompasses both conventional plots and an organic wine assortment.

The eno directory lists 57 wines, mostly from Pinot Meunier and Riesling.
