About the estate
The Kraška klet Krstan estate is located in the village of Skopo on the Karst plateau, where vineyards have thrived for centuries on thin soil over limestone. The winery is managed by the fourth generation and remains deeply connected to the windy local landscape. Teran forms the main part of the production, alongside white wines, distillates, liqueurs, and smaller quantities of seasonal fruit products and wild herbs. The distinct climate of the Karst region shapes the character of all products.
