About the estate
The family winery Kořenek has its beginnings in the late nineteen-sixties in the traditional wine-growing village of Bavory below the Pavlov Hills. Intensive wine production began following the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989. All grapes are used for the production of Moravian land wines, quality wines, and attribute wines. The processing utilizes both classical methods for traditional farmhouse wines and controlled fermentation procedures with modern equipment.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Zweigeltrebe and Rulandské Modré.
