Kleinschuster

About the estate

The Kleinschuster winery has its roots in a historic mill in Burgau in the Vulkanland Styria region, which formerly served as a flour mill and sawmill. Following the demolition of the dilapidated building, Herbert Kleinschuster and Christine Weinseiß constructed a new Buschenschank in 1995, which opened the following year and was expanded with guest rooms in 2005. Today, the estate is managed in the second generation by Thomas Kleinschuster. The family works closely together, with father Herbert baking bread according to an old recipe and brother Andreas presenting fruit brandies. In addition to their own wines, the offerings include traditional regional specialties.
