About the estate
The Karpatská Perla s.r.o. winery was founded in 1991 by Margita and Ladislav Šebovci in Šenkvice within the Malokarpatská wine region. The estate manages 50 hectares of vineyards and has been farming organically since 2019. Production initially started in a family home cellar with a varietal Rhine Riesling before moving to Šenkvice, where the estate gradually expanded its vineyard holdings, including the Suchý vrch site. Over the years, the business integrated modern cellar technologies such as controlled fermentation and barrique aging. The estate's wines reflect the unique terroir of the region.
