The Juveycamps estate has a long history and specializes in the production of high-quality sparkling wines. The vineyards are cultivated according to strict organic guidelines, avoiding chemical insecticides and herbicides while utilizing organic products. Harvesting is traditionally done entirely by hand to select only healthy and fully ripe grapes. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties such as Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vinification process combines traditional craftsmanship with modern enological methods.
