The Jean Hugues Et Guilhem Goisot estate is located in the Burgundian village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, with the family domain tracing its origins back to the 14th century. Spanning 30 hectares of vineyards, the winery produces wines within the AOC Chablis, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy, and Saint Bris appellations. Viticulture is conducted strictly according to organic and biodynamic agricultural methods, certified by Ecocert and Demeter. Depending on the terroir and vine age, the wines are vinified in either tanks or French oak barrels to preserve their characteristic mineral purity and balance.
